Returns for Rental Subscriptions
Customers can return single rental items at any time, with no obligation for a minimum period, and no later than the specified deadline at the time of ordering. Customers can return items related to a subscription after a minimum period of 30 days. Items must be returned in their original condition. To initiate a return for a rental subscription, please visit your account and follow the provided instructions.
Returns for Defective Parts
Defects in parts must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order. Customers must contact our customer service at info@bebou.ch to report the defect and proceed with the return. We will take back the damaged goods and provide a replacement as soon as possible.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving and verifying the returned items. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
