FAQ: How do the Bébou site and subscriptions work?

1. How do I log in to my account?

To log in to your account, simply click on the little character at the top right of your screen.

You can go directly to the login page by clicking here .

Once you arrive at the login page, you can log in with your email address and password. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one simply by following the "Create an account" link below the login button.

When the connection is established, you will be taken directly to your account area.

2. How do I see my subscriptions?

Once you arrive in your account space, you will see your order history. All transactions are displayed in this history, with a unique order number. This number differs from the subscription number.

To view your subscriptions, simply click on the "Subscriptions" link on the right of the screen.

In the subscriptions interface, you can get more details about your subscription by clicking on one of the lines. You will be able to consult the schedule of the next billing dates, the chosen payment method, the delivery address, and much more. It is also on this page that you can cancel your subscription.

3. How do subscriptions work?

  1. You order a Baby Box , a Maternity Box , or Maternity Clothes , with the “Monthly Subscription” rental option.
  2. Subscriptions for baby clothes boxes are valid for a minimum of two months.
  3. You receive confirmation for your order, as well as for your subscription.
  4. You receive your first box a few days later.
  5. You are automatically charged the subscription amount each month. The transaction appears in your account area. As long as the subscription is in progress you can keep the box as long as necessary. Please note, however, that you will not receive a new box automatically.
  6. If your child changes size* and you wish to obtain a new box, please contact us (see question 7 concerning subscription changes). You can keep your current box until the next one arrives.
  7. To stop your subscription, you can consult the related question below. You can stop your subscription at any time.

*Please note that only one box change per garment size is included in the subscription. Any additional change for the same garment size will be charged. For example, if you have a box in size 62 and you order a new box in size 62.

 

For maternity boxes :

1. You order a Maternity Box, which is only available for rental by subscription.

2. You receive confirmation of your order and subscription.

3. A few days later, you receive your first box.

4. The subscription fee is debited automatically each month. The price depends on the contents of the box (see example on the product page). The transaction appears in your account area. As long as the subscription is active, you can keep the box for as long as you like, up to a maximum of six months' rental.

5. If you've changed size or simply want a new box, you'll need to place a new order. The same conditions apply to this new order. You can keep your old box until the next one arrives, at which time you can send it back to us.

6. If you wish to add clothing to your rental, please contact us and we will send you the requested garments according to our stock availability. You will be invoiced for the shipment of new garments, and the subscription price will be adjusted accordingly.

4. How do single rentals work?

  1. You order a Baby Box with the “Single rental” rental option
  2. You receive a confirmation for your order.
  3. You will receive your box a few days later, as well as the date on which you will have to return the box to us.
  4. When the date approaches, you send the box back to us.
  5. To receive a new box, simply place a new order on our store.

5. How do I stop my subscription?

You can stop your subscription at any time.

To do this, go to your subscription management area. Click "Cancel my subscription" at the bottom right of the screen.

Once the subscription is canceled, you have 7 days to return the items concerned to us.

You can reactivate your subscription at any time from the subscription management area.

6. How do I modify my subscription or change the box size?

If you wish to change boxes to change clothing sizes*, go to your account space. You will find the "Edit my subscription" button below your order history. Please note that you can modify your box a maximum of once every thirty days.

When you click this button, a form opens. You can tell us your wishes for your next box (size, delivery time, specific needs, etc.). Upon receipt of your request, we adapt your subscription and send you the new box as soon as possible. If the price of the new subscription is the same as the old one, you pay nothing when you change it. The schedule available on your subscription page is not modified.

7. How do I change from a single rental to a subscription?

If you would like to transform your one-time rental into a subscription while keeping the clothes you have already received, contact us here . We will then transform your order into a subscription which you will only pay for at the end of your initial rental period. You can then keep the clothes you received for as long as you wish.

8. What happens if I want to change clothes in the same size?

If you wish to change your box with new clothes in the same size, this is not included in the subscription. Please contact us if this is the case, and we will invoice you for the service at the price of an additional month's subscription.

9. How do I change my address?

You can change your address in your account area, on the right of the screen under the “View addresses” link.

10. How to track an order?

When we send your order, you will receive an email with the Post Office tracking number. By clicking on the number, the Post Office website opens and you can follow the progress of the shipment. Note that it may take some time before the tracking is displayed on the Post Office website.

11. How do I schedule an order for the birth of my child?

If your child has not yet been born, we will happily schedule your order to arrive a few days before the birth. Do not hesitate to add a request to your basket before placing your order. We will adapt the rental period.

12. What happens if I damage a piece of clothing?

In case of damage, contact us. Some clothes may be returned with minor stains or damage. Carefree ! “Small damage” insurance is included in the price of your box and covers reasonable damage! In the event of major damage and permanent disuse of the garment, we reserve the right to invoice for the part.
